Photography Service FAQs

Q.Does the photography service option come with us during sightseeing time?
A.The photography service will be taken only in the interior shooting room. However, small stores with no photo studio will take the shoots outside of the store (in front of the store). Please note that we can not accompany you for photo shooting during your trip.
Q.What is included in the Full Set option?
A.The Full Set option cost ¥1,500. Contents: In-store Studio Photoshoot (3-5 poses) + 1 printed 2L size photo (127 × 178mm) + 1 Wargo Photo Card. (For additionnal fees, number of printed pictures can be increased.)
Q.What is the difference between the Free SNS option and the 900¥ option?
A.The contents is exactly the same; 3 poses Photoshoot + Digital Data sent via mail. We offer the photoshoot for free to the customers that allow us to use their pictures on our SNS and website as a thank you gift for helping us promoting our stores.
Q.Are Photoshoot sessions individual or in group?
A.Both options are possible. The fees are charged per session, not per people. For example; you can come with your family and order the Full Set to shoot all together. Then, order again the Full Set for shooting a single member of the family.
Q.Is there any Regular Professionnal Photo Plan available? (non-kimono, artistic, etc)
A.Yes, we have Outdoor Photo Session plan which is affiliated with professional photography company. The details of this plan can be seen in this page.
Q.I did not received my photos yet…
A.We always try to send them as soon as possible; depending the traffic it might take up to 1-2 weeks before you receive them. We invite you to check your Inbox and Spam Box to confirm the reception of the pictures. (Some mail service send automatically foreign or unknown mail adress messages to the Spam Box and are not seen by the customers.)
Q.Is there any charge if I want to cancel Outdoor Photo Session Plan?
A.Cancellation within 3 days (between 72~48 hours) before the photo session will be 50% refunded. (50% of the payment will be kept as penalty.)No refund will be granted for any cancellation on the day and previous day (between 48~0 hours) before your reservation day. In case of really bad weather such as typhoon or storm, we welcome you to contact us for postponing your visit on another day. (re-schedule available 1 time only).
Q.How to change date or store if I had choose Outdoor Photo Session Plan?
A.Above one week:
Please cancel from the reservation page and create a new reservation. Contact us via email if you need help.
Within a week:
Please contact us and the photographer via email to discuss about the new date/hour change at
