Soki Soba: Inaka Kosetsu Ichiba Minami-ten

(Inaka Public Market South store)

Soki soba is a local food in Okinawa! It’s a light soup topped with pork ribs (soki)! It’s not too heavy, so you can have it as a snack or for lunch.

Speaking of soki soba, the most famous shop is located in Inaka Public Market. The appearance of the store doesn’t look like the typical Japanese shops, it looks more like Southeast Asian shop! That is one interesting point too!

The soba tastes amazing!! The pork ribs are boiled with the bones and soaked well with a sweet and spicy taste. The noodle is also smooth and we finished it in no time! Moreover, this delicious dish costs less than 500 yen!

We want to recommend a restaurant where you can eat delicious tacos, it is “Charlie Tacos” located on Kokusai Street♪ This tacos restaurant is full with young customers, apparently it’s famous amongst the young people as well. The recommended menu is “Three-pieces Tacos and Taco Rice Set”!
