Yesterday, we celebrated Tanabata in Japan!! (*’∇ `*)

The Tanabata or Star Festival is usually celebrated by Japanese people following the legend of the traditional story of Orihime and Hikoboshi, a pair of lovers who can meet only once a year on that day.
Most of the shops, public spots as much as private houses join the celebration by covering the city into a palette of colorful paper decorations, bamboo trees, and promotions.
Kyoto Tower didn’t miss the opportunity to add it’s little touch to the festivities! The building itself is an icon of the Kansai region. The observatory at the top offers every year the best romantic way to date on Tanabata by the behalf of an amazing projection and illumination event!!

The lights are not only tangling on the top; we can also climb the stairs from the outside of the tower at night!
The thousand of light garland set a mesmerizing atmosphere. Added to it various projection of fireworks makes anyone feel like being in the perfect night paradise!!
One of our Wargo customers had the chance to witness the beauty itself wearing a yukata during her trip to Japan!! ☆☆ (∩╹ □ ╹∩) ☆☆

Just to make it better, from June 16th 3D projection and music will be added on the second floor of the tower!!! It’s without any doubts a must-see!! Do not forget to bring your friends and your lover too!! Also, do not forget to rent a yukata to attend hihi!!
