.
.
①Choose a yukata with small motifs or small pattern. ++++
Large motif might be hidden too much by your obi and the balance would be bad. Also, beware of not sinking into a huge pattern; after all, you are the first one that should be seen!!
②Choose a yukata with vivid and cheerful colors. ++++
Bright colors make a person look taller; so we recommend the choice of yellow, white, light blue and other vibrant colors! We finally suggest you combine it with a dark colored obi to create a contrast and a nice silhouette!! (ideally monochrome or simple type)
.
.
③Choose a yukata with large motifs but short space between them. ++++
As you can see on the gems patterned yukata on the picture, large pattern works too! Just make sure that they are close to each other in order to not end up with two giant motifs with 3km between each lost all around your body!!
.
.
④Choose a simple obi with a high bow at the back. ++++
The obi is a very important point!! Do not hesitate to wear it higher than usual to lift your silhouette and make your legs look longer!! Same for the bow at the back; high and concentrated to the top rather than on the bottom!!

.
.
①Choose a yukata with big motifs or large pattern. ++++
Once again, balance is the crucial word to keep in mind!! A large motif on a tall body will look proportional and well balanced compared to small patterns that might make you look giant!! If you feel like wearing something plainer, we suggest you turn your obi into your focal point; get crazy with it, make it flashy as much as you want!!
.
.
②Choose a soft colored yukata to give a sweet impression. ++++
Tall people wearing dark chic simple yukata are quite indeed looking pretty cool and striking!! At the opposite, if you want to look sweet and less impressive we suggest you to choose pale soft colors to soften your stature. A combination between a dark yukata and a pale obi can also do the trick!!
.
.
③Wear your obi slightly lower.++++
Wearing your obi too tight and high would make your torso shorter, your legs longer; basically creating a total disproportional optical illusion!! Instead wear it 2 cm lower than your waist and choose a fluffy voluminous obi to make a fancy effect!!^^
.
.
④Turn your obi into a focal point by using accessories!!++++
Let’s make your obi more attractive by using accessories on it!! It’s a trick that suits any type of body!! Enjoy hunting for obidome in shops or try to make your own!!♪

❤︎❤︎❤︎Yukata for Corpulent People❤︎❤︎❤︎
.
.
①Choose a dark color yukata.++++
For a slim optical illusion, choose black, navy, maroon or any dark colors!!^^ Yellow, orange and pale pink are the shades that should be avoided. You can combine it to a stiff vivid colored obi without any mistakes!!
.
.
②Select a yukata with vertical stripes or pattern.++++
The good way to cheat if you want to wear a bright yukata is to go for vertical stripes and simple chic motif!! As they might enlarge the silhouette we suggest to avoid polka dots or horizontal stripes.

.
❤︎❤︎❤︎Yukata for Thin People❤︎❤︎❤︎
.
.
①Go for a bright warm colored yukata!!++++
In contrast to the tricks for corpulent people; light warm colors are highly recommended for thin people. Motifs such as polka dots are also a good choice and can be displayed on both the yukata and the obi.
.
.
②Combine it with a vibrant obi for a wider effect!!++++
We recommend at first, quite indeed, to choose your obi color according to your taste. Still, we recommend in this case to select bright colors to make the body look more contained instead of dark colors that would make it look thinner. Another trick would be to wear a large pattern obi.
