It is recommended to wear heattech when you rent out a kimono in winter!
Please keep in mind to choose the ones with a wide opening on the neck and back side.

And you can also wear leggings!
You can’t wear tights or stockings because you need to wear tabi socks.

It’s also good to bring a Kairo (heatpack warmer).
Just keep in mind not to stick the kairo to your clothes before you finish getting dressed in kimono!
There is a risk of burns on the waist and back if you stick a kairo in advance.
Therefore, please stick your kairo after wearing kimono so it can be removed easily.

You should also keep your neck warm, and we also have warm muffler, furs, and haori optional rental, so please use them.

The returning time of Kimono Rental Wargo Arashiyama Togetsukyo store is at 5:30 pm.
The event called Arashiyama Hanatouro will start from December 13 to 22.
The Arashiyama area is lit up until Nakanoshima Park.
Kimono Forest is also fantastic and wonderful at night♪
You can enjoy the Arashiyama Hanatouro after returning your kimono and changed into your casual clothes, or, you can also use Wargo’s “return the next day” plan.
You can rent it until 3pm on the next day for an additional 1100 yen.
